I write this post, very personal, to publicly thank (which airs I do it) a wonderful person who gave us an example of the skill, energy and Italian scientists.
Francis, indeed, Professor. Francesca Signorelli Associate Professor of Neurosurgery University of Catanzaro "Magna Graecia", is an exceptional person who should esteem, gratitude and affection of a group of people because of him have started to smile after a period of great fear. Francis has been incredibly generous, simple, charismatic and earnest. Lose, because the crowds of Quebec health care system does not allow access of professionalism as it needs air to corporatism, and protectionism lobbying suicide at the expense of communities, is one of, for a few hours, great disappointments of this country .
