I want to share with other people thought. We have already sold most of the apartments. My impression is that the characteristics of quality and especially energy savings have had a limited impact on purchase motivations. I think we have spoken about the color of the tiles that those characteristics that make a house a reliable investment (and cheaper to run) over time. What puzzles me: we talk about energy savings, quality, safety ... as long as everyone agrees about others!
I hope some of the buyers want to write some comments in this blog, even denied, and would be great if some other manufacturer wants to share his experience.
My desire, and that of my partners, is to build the building next to zero impact energy or better, if possible, to produce the energy needed for its operation. But there are buyers for this type of houses in Milan?
