Two Bulgarian nationals were arrested by police while two others were charged in a state of unavailability. The agents, in an inspection at night, surprised the Bulgarians already have a large quantity of copper cable. The cables had been dismantled recently in sementizio a plant in the area. The stolen goods, worth about five thousand euro, was recovered.
